Little Noses will be closing at the end of the year.

WHEW that's hard to type!

I consider myself lucky that I've made this decision not because the company is failing or some major catastrophe - I've just realized that I need to make space in my life for new things.

I love meeting you all and your pets. I love designing collections and creating beautiful products for you. But I never intended this to be my full time job (did you know I still work full time in tech??). Running a successful small business requires an enormous amount of time and energy. And over the last year, I've slowly become more averse to give Little Noses the time and energy it needs to thrive.

It's incredibly painful to let go of a business inspired by my soul dog, Fern, who passed over 2 years ago now, so I've honestly resisted this decision for longer than I should have. I still love this brand and believe in what we created. But keeping this business going out of obligation isn't fair to his memory, my customers, or me.

So, I'll be closing this chapter with more than a little sadness, but content knowing that what he inspired has touched the lives of so many pets and their people. We'll still be here until the end of the year, and will have an adorable new fall and winter collection out for you soon!
